I reset the camera app via 'settings -> apps & features -> camera -> reset', still doesn't work.

After this manual installation and playing around in the device manager, it still does not work.

Then I manually downloaded and installed the driver from the official Lenovo page ( ).

I also tried out 'view -> show hidden devices', but the camera still doesn't show up any more. This should install the camera again, but it does't for me.

In the device manager, I first checked for driver updates and when that didn't help, I uninstalled the drivers and scanned for hardware changes.

My privacy settings allow the app to access the camera.

My anti virus softeware is not interfering, I checked that.

Here is a list of the things I tried unsuccessfully so far: I know this seems to be a common problem, but there seems to be no common solution. Now, I have already spent the last two days on googling the problem and I have tried absoluetly every approach I came across, both in the Lenovo Forum, the Microsoft Forum and elsewhere.

When I try to open the camera I receive the error code: 0xA00F4244. The integrated camera stopped working almost immediately after buying the laptop. I have a Lenovo V130-15 IKB, Modelname 81HN running Windows 10.
